For independent life insurance agents and their teams
See what your commission should be, the chargebacks on their way, your cash flow and which leads really pay. Then call them with a power dialer that checks calling hours, do-not-call and consent first.

Commission still in force after chargebacks, less what the leads cost.
Truebook is built around the dates and dollars that decide whether business sticks, and whether you get paid for it.
Your estimated commission, from the comp grid you enter, next to your carrier statements: first year and renewals, what your comp grid says should have paid and what did, so a short payment shows up instead of hiding.
The unearned advance on every policy and what is at risk in grace right now, so you see money that could be taken back before the carrier sends the bill.
A forecast of what is coming in and what could go back out, corrected by each statement as it lands. Know whether the month works before it ends.
What a lead source cost against commission on issue-paid business still in force, net of chargebacks. Not policies sold: policies that stayed.
Policies in grace, prospects about to reach their next insurance age (their rate goes up), conversion deadlines, level terms ending, first drafts and anniversaries, on one list.
Issue paid by month, team legs with caps, and what is left for the next level, against the promotion tiers your agency enters.
Work a list at full speed with the rules built in. Practice it first, then run it for real.
Press Start dialing once. The next lead is called after a countdown you can stop any time with Pause or Esc, and it pauses and asks “Still there?” after a short time without activity. Needs calling from the browser, which is not available yet.
Coming with calling from the browser. When a call rings out unanswered, Truebook can call once more after the countdown (a setting you can turn off). The second call goes through the same checks, so it is skipped if the lead can’t be called.
Run the dial session on 12 made-up people before you use it on real ones. Nobody is called, nothing is saved and the real checks are not run.
Pick the outcome, set a callback or appointment and save. During automatic dialing, a number key picks it, Enter saves and the next lead is already coming up.
Built-in checks for calling hours in the lead’s state, your agency’s do-not-call list, the National DNC scrub you recorded, and consent. Your licenses are checked too. Compliance stays your responsibility.
Text from your phone with a one-tap link (you log each text), or, once your agency’s carrier registration is approved, send and receive through your agency number with consent checks, opt-outs honored right away and replies in one inbox. Agency-number texting is on the Pro and Agency plans and is not live yet.
Built-in checks are a help, not a guarantee: you stay responsible for who you call and text. Automatic dialing and double dial need calling from the browser, which is not available yet; until then the dial session works with your own phone.
The newest parts of Truebook, said plainly, including what is not here yet.
When a lead texts back, an automated assistant offers times from your weekly hours and your Truebook agenda and books the call. It replies only to leads whose text OK you have recorded, and needs texting through your agency number. It says it is an automated assistant, only schedules, and hands everything else (products, prices, health, anything unclear) to you. Your agency owner turns it on. Answering phone calls is coming soon.
Upload a carrier statement as CSV, Excel or a text PDF, or forward the carrier’s email to your own Truebook statement address for that carrier. Scanned (picture) PDFs are not read.
A short web push alert when a lead comes in, calls back, texts back, or the assistant books a call. All are off until you turn on the ones you want (on iPhone, add Truebook to your Home Screen first). The alert never shows a lead’s details.
Set your agency’s color and upload its logo: your team sees them on every screen, and recruits see them on your join page. Each agent can pick their own color too.
Today’s list, tap-to-call and logging the outcome work at phone width with finger-sized buttons, in light and dark. It runs in your phone’s browser; a mobile app is not out yet.
Coming soon. It needs carrier rate data we have not loaded yet, so it is not in the product today. Keep using your carriers’ own quoting tools until it is.
A common worry is being locked in. Truebook is built so your book stays portable.
Your clients, policies and leads are yours to work, where your agency’s setting leaves the book with you. That setting should follow your contracts, and your agency owner sets it.
Download your clients, policies, leads and call log as spreadsheets in one file, yourself, whenever you want.
Truebook is not tied to a marketing organization. Where your contracts leave the book with you, move to a new one and take your book and your history along.
Your upline sees your production, not your clients’ details, unless you share them or your agency owns the book. Dates of birth, policy numbers, notes and texts are encrypted, and two-step sign-in is on by default.
Free for up to 25 policies. Paid plans are monthly, cancel any time; pay yearly and save 20%. Calling and texting through Truebook numbers will be billed separately by usage, with carrier registration fees passed through at cost; that billing is not switched on yet.

No. Keep quoting and e-apps where they are. Truebook is the back office for everything after the app: requirements, delivery, commission, chargebacks and the follow-up that keeps business on the books.
No. It is an automated assistant, and its first message says so. It only helps set up a time with you: it does not discuss products, prices, coverage or health, and it hands anything else to you. It answers a lead who texts back (it needs texting through your agency number); answering phone calls is coming soon. It is off until your agency owner turns it on.
It adds checks before each call and text: calling hours, your do-not-call list, the National DNC scrub you recorded and consent. It does not guarantee compliance, and the rules stay yours to follow. Ask your own counsel about your leads and your states.
Your upline sees your production, not your clients’ details, unless you share them or your agency owns the book (a setting your agency owner controls). Dates of birth, policy numbers, application and call notes, and texts are encrypted (Social Security numbers aren’t collected), and two-step sign-in is on by default.
When your agency’s setting leaves the book with you (it should follow your contracts), you can download your clients, policies, leads and call log any time, and for 90 days after you leave the agency.
Automatic dialing and double dial need calling from the browser, which is not available yet. Until then the dial session works with your own phone: tap to call, log the outcome, move to the next lead. Practice mode needs neither.
